Supporting Multiple Art Resources Together on October 13th 2007
The intersection of Lonestar Blvd. and S. Flores was transformed into a living Public Service Announcement for the sole purpose of supporting our Art Community. Not many people know all the aspects of San Antonio's art scene. The information, artists, venues, Second Saturdays, First Fridays, Slam Poetry readings, and other means for discovery may be out there, but it is intimidating for the average person to immerse themselves in the Art Culture of San Antonio. This tension of an "outsider looking in" on art is what the SMART Fair was meant to alleviate. Live music performances, Poetry Readings, Pinata making, numerous art galleries, BBQ, and craft booths.

"Just $5 for this art?!?! My apartment will finally look nice." -Brandon
